About The Case

Christopher (Rainman) Ranieri a Salem, Massachusetts Hells Angel was convicted of RICO conspiracy in May of 2023; the trial was public.  The evidence was based on Rainman’s knowledge of a legal grow house in California (illegal under Federal Law) that belonged to a Sonoma County Hells Angel and Rainman’s continued association with that member and the Sonoma County Hells Angels; this, along with cherry picked photos of Rainman and members from Sonoma County and/or Fresno, plaques to and from Sonoma County, Fresno and Salem, a Sonoma County tag/flash Rainman worn on his patch and a Sonoma County Death Head tattoo Rainman has, the government claimed established conspiracy (agreement) with the enterprise's alleged illegal activity. There can be no doubt the jury's verdict was based solely on guilt by association since Rainman was never charged with any overt acts (crimes) in furtherance of the enterprise’s alleged illegal activity.
